- All shipping and delivery will be made using Poslaju ( Semenanjung and Sabah/Sarawak). All delivery will be attached with a tracking number to track the shipment.
Delivery of Order & Tracking
- A delivery tracking number will be sent via Whatsapp or SMS to you once the order has been processed. We usually ship within 3 working days once we receive confirmation of payment.
- Tracking of parcel can be made from Poslaju Malaysia website and allow at least 24 hours before checking at their tracking system.
- If any delivery problems occur, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will attend to your enquiry as soon as we can.
Responsibility of Receiver
- Please ensure the shipping address given is absolutely correct and accurate to avoid any lost order or parcel that is not received. We will not be held responsible for any orders that are lost because of inaccurate information given by the customer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a shipping address where there will be a receiver for the shipment. We would like to avoid our customers to collect orders outside of their shipping address.
Shipping charges within Malaysia
- We ship our orders throughout Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.
- Our shipping cost for Semenanjung is RM8, and for Sabah & Sarwak is RM11.
- Each parcel has a maximum of 500g of products only, any orders more than the said amount can be arranged by sending an email to email@example.com
Delivery Time of Goods
- Upon processing of order, delivery is within 5 working days, and will be based on the delivery time and date arranged by Poslaju Malaysia. Any late deliveries will not be our responsibility once the parcel has been processed by Poslaju Malaysia.
- Our office processing days are from Monday to Friday only.
- We do arrange for international shipping and the charges will be calculated by weight and country. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We do provide COD service by agents and stockist. COD is also available from our HQ at Section 17, Petaling Jaya.
- COD with Agents will be at the discretion and arrangement by customer and agents only.
- All cash term shall be made once the product is safely handed over to the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
- If any products delivered is received wrongly or in a damaged condition, the customer has to provide the following details:
- Order Number/Date
- Picture of Goods Received
- Details of transaction
- The details is to be emailed to email@example.com with your Order No. as the subject.
- We will review the order and will refund the customer with a replacement product of similar value, if found that the damage is made by our own carelessness.
